Carestaff is considered the Premier nursing agency on the Gold Coast, providing professional Nursing staff to all our client’s facilities.

We are committed to ongoing training and education, providing flexibility and support for both our staff and clients.

Our Quality policy: Carestaff are holders of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System

Carestaff Nursing is committed to meeting client requirements by providing quality Nursing services and continuous improvement of our systems and services. We achieve this through the following guiding principles:

• Caring about our Nursing staff and striving to ensure they have a better quality of worklife
• Matching a Nurses skills with the requirements of the Facility
• Striving to understand the needs of our Nurses
• Remaining the longest standing nursing agency on the Gold Coast
• Remaining independent, locally owned and operated.

The following quality objectives are designed to ensure clientrequirements are met:

• Zero complaints from our client’s facilities
• Ensure that no clients are lost through any negligence on the part of Carestaff Nursing
• Achieve 100% matching of Nursing skills to Facility requirements
• Fill 95% of all shift requests
• Notify each Facility of the status of their request as soon as possible but at least within 30 min of the request
• Achieve and maintain certification to ISO 9001.

Our performance against these objectives will be discussed in the monthly Management Review Meeting (see section 3.5). Plans or actions to help meet the objectives will be developed as needed and recorded in the Management Review Meeting
