We want these visits to be classified as a client visit so it is more meaningful to the client and for Carestaff, especially as Santa’s little helpers have made so much effort with the gift creation.

On the day of the visit:
Engage in conversation about their plans for Christmas in the facility and whether they need us to help cover leave in January etc.
What are they doing with their families/taking leave?
Ask about any personnel changes to ensure our system is up to date.
